USPTO (US Patent & Trademark Office) Fees

Here are some of the fees for the US Patent and Trademark Office.  These do not include fees charged by GBN for performing prior art patent searches, preparing patent applications, responding to office actions, etc.  Please contact us for a free quote for these services.  Many of the USPTO fees are reduced for small entities, which are companies with less than 500 employees.  For more information on fees, please go to the USPTO web site.
